Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy we do text/email appointment reminders two days before and two hours before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment so we know you are coming. We request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations to accommodate another client and so our stylists are not left with an unexpected gap in their day.

After the first instance of a last minute cancellation we will require a credit card on file for all future bookings. In the event it happens a second time you will be charged for 100% of the services that you were scheduled for. No show appointments will result in a charge and not being able to schedule any future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
